Shipping times vary based on item ordered. As each Classic Trunk is hand assembled and custom, shipping times depend on current inventory and production schedules. If you're hoping to meet a quick timeline, please email or call us! We will do everything we can to find a solution for you that will ship in 1-2 business days.

Due to the custom nature, all customized products (Trunks, Keepsake Cases, and engraved locks) are unable to be returned or exchanged. If in the rare case your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage in the packaging. Please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can address the issue.
Each Petite Keep trunk is handmade for you based on your order and cannot be canceled or returned. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Please ensure you appreciate the charm and natural imperfections of handmade pieces before placing your order. Slight variations in color, pattern, placement and exterior composition are common characteristics of a handmade product and may be present in your Petite Keep trunk. Print placement varies and we cannot guarantee that embroidery will not be on top of a print. In addition, from time to time we make slight adjustments in fabric, font size, and lettering placement in order to enhance the aesthetics of our products. We take the utmost care with each order and want you to be thrilled with your new, cherished trunk.
