This week, we gathered at Boxwood Manor in Houston, Texas, to celebrate the launch of the MacKenzie-Childs x Petite Keep collection. Surrounded by friends, partners, and our community, it was a joyful evening that perfectly captured the spirit of the collaboration!

MacKenzie-Childs x Petite Keep is a celebration of gathering, gifting, and the Art of Housing with Heart. Infused with MacKenzie-Childs' iconic checks, playful patterns, and handcrafted charm, this exclusive collection brings personality, whimsy, and memory-making to every moment. Designed for the new bride and seasoned hostess alike, each Trunk becomes a home for celebrations, traditions, and treasured keepsakes, thoughtfully collected and revisited for years to come.

We chose Boxwood Manor not only for its breathtaking beauty, but for the incredible team behind it. For years, we've admired the way owner Jessica Crum and the Boxwood team create meaningful experiences rooted in hospitality and connection. MacKenzie-Childs was one of Jessica's earliest brand partnerships, and after years of working alongside Petite Keep, celebrating this collaboration together felt especially fitting.

With the help of Avery Young and the entire Boxwood Manor team, every detail came together beautifully.

Celebrating alongside our friend, partner, and co-host Jessica Crum, whose love for meaningful gatherings made this collaboration feel right from the very beginning.

The day began with an exclusive media and influencer preview, welcoming 50 of Houston's content creators, media outlets, and the community leaders for a first look at the collection. Guests picked up their personalized Trunks and experienced a series of immersive activations celebrating craftsmanship, customization, and meaningful keepsakes.

As the doors opened for our sold-out consumer event, we were overwhelmed with gratitude. Guests enjoyed exclusive early access to shop the collection before its public launch, with concierge-style design assistance from the Petite Keep team helping bring their dream Trunks to life.

From thread colors to embroidery styles, every detail was thoughtfully personalized to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

The exclusive Mocha Check Illustration Scarf came to life through on-site embroidery by some of Houston's most talented artisans.

Guests personalized their collaboration Padlocks with hand engraving, creating meaningful finishing touch for their Trunks.

Throughout the evening, guests explored a series of personalized experiences, including embroidery on their Mocha Check Illustration Scarves and hand engraving on the exclusive collaboration Padlock. They also enjoyed keepsake portraits, a custom photo booth, and the Petite Keep Personalization Bar. To encourage guests to experience every corner of the event, each attendee received a custom bingo card tucked inside their welcome bag. As guests moved through activations and discovered the collection, they collected stamps along the way, with completed bingo cards entered to win the first two MacKenzie-Childs x Petite Keep Mocha Check Illustration Trunks filled with MacKenzie-Childs favorites.
