Shipping

Where do you ship?

We happily ship to all 50 states in the US and Puerto Rico. States located outside the continental US, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, are subject to an additional $150 shipping fee.

We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders will ship within 4 weeks. Please reach out to the Petite Keep team with any questions!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via FedEx and have been super grateful for their strong partnership, with over a 99% accurate delivery rate. If an issue arises, we will represent our PK customer to the best of our abilities to track and find the shipment. However, please note Petite Keep must work within the constraints of Fed Ex's policies and procedures. If the package is delivered to the address provided and it is returned to Petite Keep, the PK customer will need to pay for the additional shipping cost.

Can I make any changes to my order after I have checked out?

Please be sure to carefully review all order details before confirming your purchase. Once an order is placed, we kindly request that any updates or changes are placed within 24 hours. We are unable to guarantee that changes can be made but we will always do our best to accommodate. Due to the handmade nature of the products that we offer, Petite Keep does not accept returns and all sales are final. Our trunks specifically, both with embroidery and without, are considered a custom order due to their hand selected design - each order personalized with love by you! Gift certificates cannot be returned for store credit or refund. Warehouse Sale items are also ineligible to be returned for exchange, store credit or refunds.

What is a preorder?

Our pre-order items are clearly marked on our product pages and are purchased before the item is in production. We note expected shipping times on the bottom of product pages, but are always available to provide any additional information if you'd like to reach out to discuss via email or phone. Please note, our quoted shipping time frames are not a guarantee but our best estimate!

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a shipment notification when your order ships. If you'd like an update before then, please reach out to us at hello@petitekeep.com!

Can I return my product?

Can I use multiple promo codes on my order?

Petite Keep allows one promo code per order.

What happens if my order arrives incorrect?

Oh no! We do everything in our power to ensure your order is received exactly as it is placed, but due to the handmade nature, mistakes are possible. If your order is delivered damaged or with incorrect personalization, please reach out to us within 3 business days so we can work to solve this error. We want our customers to be thrilled with their purchase and are happy to help with any questions!

Product

What is your Handmade Policy?

Each Petite Keep trunk is handmade for you based on your order selection, and therefore cannot be canceled or returned. Please review your order carefully before submitting. We take the utmost care with each order and strive for each customer to be thrilled with their new, cherished trunk.

We aim for consistency in all our products, but due to the handmade nature of each Trunk, you will occasionally find subtle differences that are in line with hand assembled products. From time to time, we make slight adjustments in fabric, font size and lettering as well as see slight variations in fabric color in order to enhance the aesthetics of our products. Fabric print placement varies and we cannot guarantee that embroidery will not be on top of a print.

What are your Classic Trunks made from?

Our Classic Trunks have a steel exterior and a fabric lined interior.

Does PK work with custom monograms?

We sure can and love to! Custom monograms are an additional $150 and have a 15 thread color restriction. Please reach out to hello@petitekeep.com to move forward or with any additional questions.

NOTE: Petite Keep reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate in language or content.

How should I store my Classic Trunk?

Store your trunk in a clean, temperate space like the a bedroom or linen closet, as opposed to a basement or attic where heat and humidity can fluctuate wildly and where water is more likely to enter.

What is the embroidery size on each trunk?

Our embroidery size varies by style selected.

Monogram height:
Grand Classic Trunk: 4.5 inches
Petite Classic Trunk: 3.5 inches
Mini Classic Trunk: 3 inches

Name height (up to 20 letters):
Grand Classic Trunk: 3.5 inches
* if 2 lines, second lines will be smaller.
Petite Classic Trunk: 3.5 inches
* if 2 lines, second lines will be smaller.
Mini Classic Trunk: 2.5 inches
* if 2 lines, second lines will be smaller.
