How much does embroidery cost?
For most items at Petite Keep, the embroidery cost is $20 per item.

What is the embroidery size on each Trunk?
The personalization preview shown on our website is approximate, and embroidery sizing varies by Trunk size and number of characters. All embroidery will be appropriate to scale based on the length of the name and size of the trunk. This can cause variation of height of characters based on name length.
As always, we are here to help with any questions you may have!
Monogram height (3 letters):
Grand Classic Trunk: approx. 4.5 inches
Petite Classic Trunk: approx. 3.5 inches
Mini Classic Trunk: approx. 3 inches
Text height (up to 20 letters depending on Trunk size):
Grand Classic Trunk: approx. 3.5 inches

Will my embroidery be visible?
Please note that visibility of your embroidery will be dependent on the fabric selection, thread color, and thickness of the font you choose.
While tonal 'white on white' thread personalization is popular, white or light colored threads on some of our fabric prints will visually blend into the fabric, making the embroidery less visible to the eye. Please note, we will not offer replacements due to visibility of embroidery based on customer selection.

Do you offer returns or exchanges on personalized products?
Due to the custom nature of Petite Keep products, all personalized products are unable to be returned or exchanged. If in the rare case your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage in the packaging. Please email them to hello@petitekeep.com with your order number so we can address the issue!
