Petite Keep® Sisterhood Experience Contest

OFFICIAL RULES

Dates: July 15, 2026 – July 22, 2026

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN MET.

THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM.

1. SPONSOR: Petite Keep LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“Sponsor”) will serve as the sponsor of the Petite Keep® Sisterhood Experience Contest (the “Contest”).

2. PURPOSE: This Contest’s purpose is to award a Qualifying Sorority Chapter (as defined below) for [displaying uniqueness, committing to community and social presence, adhering to traditions and enhancing the representation of the Qualifying Sorority Chapter, each in alignment with the mission and values of the Sponsor.

3. ELIGIBILITY; APPLICANT: This Contest is open only to chapters of an Eligible Sorority (each, a “Qualifying Sorority Chapter”). For purposes of these Official Rules, an “Eligible Sorority” means one of the following sororities: Alpha Chi Omega; Alpha Delta Pi; Alpha Phi; Delta Gamma; Delta Phi Epsilon; Gamma Phi Beta; Kappa Alpha Theta; Kappa Delta; Kappa Kappa Gamma; Pi Beta Phi; Phi Mu; Delta Delta Delta; Zeta Phi Beta, and Zeta Tau Alpha. A chapter of a sorority that is not an Eligible Sorority (and, therefore, is not a Qualifying Sorority Chapter) is not eligible to enter or win the Contest. An “Entrant” is a Qualifying Sorority Chapter who has been entered to win this Contest by an Applicant and that is in compliance with these Official Rules. Each Entrant’s eligibility and each Entry (defined below) is subject to verification by Sponsor.

An individual applying on behalf of a Qualifying Sorority Chapter (each, an “Applicant”) must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions) and who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who is authorized to submit an entry for the Qualifying Sorority Chapter by such Qualifying Sorority Chapter. Potential Applicants who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter or win on behalf of a Qualifying Sorority Chapter.

A Qualifying Sorority Chapter who has any member (each, a “Member”), whether or not such Member is the Applicant, who is an employee (or has an employee that is an immediate family member or lives in the same household) of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parents and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies are not eligible to enter or win the Contest.

For clarification, an individual (including the Applicant) or an Eligible Sorority shall not be deemed to be an Entrant to the Contest and is not eligible to enter or win the Contest.

4. CONTEST PERIOD: Contest begins on 12:01 a.m., C.T. on July 15, 2026, and ends on 11:59 p.m., C.T. July 22, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Each Entrant must submit their Entry (defined below) by an Applicant by the end of the Contest Period.

5. HOW TO ENTER: An Applicant may enter this Contest on behalf of a Qualifying Sorority Chapter beginning at the beginning of the Contest Period by (i) visiting https://petitekeep.com/pages/sisterhood-experience (the “Website”), (ii) fully completing all of the questions and other required information on the online entry form on the Website (including questions regarding the applicable Qualifying Sorority Chapter’s traditions, values, community, and why they believe the Qualifying Sorority Chapter should be selected as the winner of the Contest (the “Winner”), each as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor) (each successfully submitted entry that is in accordance with these Official Rules, an “Entry”). Applicants may also submit optional photos or videos supporting the applicable Qualifying Sorority Chapter as part of an Entry (such photos or videos, “Digital Content”). Any Digital Content must meet the requirements of Section 6 of these Official Rules.

For an Entry to constitute a valid Entry, an Entrant must follow the provided instructions and supply any and all information required by, and in the sole discretion of, Sponsor.

All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., C.T., on the last day of the Contest Period (July 22, 2026). All Entries, including any text or Digital Content submitted with an Entry (collectively, “Entry Content”), becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to an Applicant or a Qualifying Sorority Chapter. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any inability of a potential entrant to successfully enter the Contest.

For clarification, each valid Entry will constitute one entry for the Qualifying Sorority Chapter and not the applicable Applicant or Eligible Sorority.

Each Entrant Qualifying Sorority Chapter may only submit one (1) Entry to the Contest.

6. ELIGIBLE DIGITAL CONTENT: In order to be Digital Content that may be submitted as part of an Entry for the Contest, such Digital Content must meet the requirements of this Section 6. Any Digital Content must meet the following requirements:

Digital Content may not feature any depiction of criminal or violent acts, and may not violate local, state, or federal laws or regulations.

Digital Content must not depict any actions that place the participants at risk or in physical danger. In producing the Entry, Entrants and Applicants must obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Digital Content must not (a) contain any false, inaccurate or misleading material, (b) violate any law or regulation, (c) be libelous, inflammatory, threatening or harassing, (d) instigate others to commit illegal activities, (e) contain any obscene, offensive, demeaning, or illicit content, (f) contain any viruses, worms, or other computer programming intended to or that could interfere with the ability of others to enjoy the Website, all within the Sponsor’s sole judgment and discretion.

All Digital Content must be received by the end of the Contest Period.

Any Entry Content that violates any of these Official Rules will not be treated as part of an Entry and shall disqualify an Entrant from the Contest.

The Digital Content submitted must be an original work (i.e. a work that does not infringe another person’s rights), and Entrants must maintain significant control over the content and aesthetics of the Digital Content (producing, directing, writing, editing, etc.). By submitting an Entry, the Entrant and applicable Applicant certify that the Entrant has the necessary authorization to use the images, audio, text, and any other content contained in any Entry Content. An Entrant or an Applicant SHOULD NOT enter if they are in violation, or uncertain of their rights to, any copyrights, patents, trademarks, video, music or other intellectual property. If an entity or person other than the Entrant or the Applicant owns the rights to all or part of the submitted Entry Content, the Entrant must obtain written consent/permission from the owner or an authorized representative of the owner. Entrants and Applicants will be held fully liable under the law for any copyright or other intellectual property violations in connection with their submission of Entry Content.

Digital Content must be submitted in the required format(s) and must not include any persons other than the Entrant or the Members of Entrant, unless the Entrant obtains releases in writing from the person(s) in the Digital Content to submit the Digital Content as part of the Entrant’s Entry in this Contest. By submitting Entry Content, the Entrant and applicable Applicant certify that the Entrant has the necessary authorization from the person(s) in the Digital Content to submit the Digital Content as part of the Entrant’s Entry in the Contest. Any release forms need to be sent to the Sponsor with the Entrant’s Entry. In addition, the Digital Content also must not contain any visible brand names, logos, trademarks or other intellectual property owned by any company other than Sponsor or the applicable Entrant.

Entry Content that is incomprehensible, inappropriate for any reason, corrupted, late, illegible, mechanically reproduced, contain false information, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered, contain disparaging or inappropriate information, or otherwise irregular in the sole discretion of Sponsor, that have been submitted or generated using robotic, programmed, script, or any other automated means, or illicit means, or do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions set out in the Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, may be judged void and disqualified from the Contest.

LICENSES:

By entering this Contest, each Entrant and Applicant authorizes Sponsor to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and use any image, audio, video or data submitted as Entry Content (or

any portion of an Entry) of Entrant, including names, without payment or any other consideration, in future advertisements, promotion materials, Sponsor-related websites and mobile applications, social media channels, trainings, educational activities and any derivative works without any additional compensation or award provided to Entrant or Applicant. Each Entrant and Applicant understands that future use of such Entrant’s and Applicant’s submitted Entry Content may not credit the Entrant or Applicant.

Sponsor may also use the Entry Content in any advertising, such as online digital, social media, television, print or radio, as well as any flyers, brochures, annual reports, press kits or any other print or digital communications. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or in the future.

Each Entrant and Applicant acknowledges this authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless the Entrant or Applicant otherwise revokes such authorization in a writing delivered to Sponsor.

Each Entrant and Applicant acknowledges that such Entrant and Applicant waives any right that such Entrant or Applicant may have (i) to inspect or approve any finished product derived from any Entry Content and (ii) to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of any Entry Content.

Each Entrant and Applicant understands and agrees that these materials, including any Entry Content, shall become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned by Sponsor.

7. PRIZES: There will be one (1) prize (the “Prize”) awarded to one (1) Entrant (the Winner). The Prize consists solely of the following:

a number of trunks designed, created and produced by the Sponsor (the “Trunks”) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $30,000.00 without the consent of the Sponsor, which number will be the number of pledged new Members (and not all Members) (the “Pledged New Members”) of the Entrant; and

a bid day experience at a time and place mutually agreeable to Entrant and Sponsor for the Pledged New Members (the “Experience”) with an ARV not to exceed $10,000.00 without the consent of the Sponsor, which may include (i) the delivery of the Trunks to the Pledged NewMembers, and (ii) such other elements or benefits as mutually agreeable between the Winner and Sponsor.

ARV for all elements of the Prize (including the Trunks and the Experience) is $40,000.00.

Receipt of the Trunks by any Pledged Member is subject to Sponsor’s Terms of Service available at https://petitekeep.com/policies/terms-of-service, which are hereby incorporated by reference to these Official Rules.

The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.

8. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND JUDGING CRITERIA: All Entries received during the Contest Period will be judged by a committee of six (6) judges (the “Committee”) selected solely by, and in the sole discretion of, Sponsor. There will be one (1) Winner selected by the Committee, in its sole discretion, to win the Prize on or about July 24, 2026 from among all Entries received during the Contest Period. Any decision of the Committee is final with respect to selecting the Winner. The Committee may exercise all rights of Sponsor granted to Sponsor under these Official Rules.

The Winner will be chosen by the Committee based on each Entry’s (i) alignment with the mission and values of the Sponsor (30%), (ii) display of the Entrant’s community and social presence (25%), (iii) communication concerning the story, traditions and thoughtfulness of the Entrant (20%), (iv) engagement and enthusiasm with Sponsor (15%) and (v) creativity and originality (10%).

Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to contact the Winner within one (1) week after the determination of the Committee that the Winner is entitled to the Prize under these Official Rules.

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS: No substitution for the Prize (or any portion of a Prize) will be permitted. If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable or assignable. Each potential Winner shall have three (3) days after the applicable Prize notification to appropriately respond to the Sponsor. Entrants, Members (including Pledged New Members) and Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/

Liability Release, an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) and any other tax documents within fifteen (15) days of issuance by Sponsor. Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected for the Contest. If a prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an Entrant is found to be ineligible or a Winner declines to accept a Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected. By entering this Contest and/or accepting the Prize, the Entrants, Applicants, Members (including Pledged New Members) and Winner hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the disclosure and reasonable use by Sponsor of such person’s or entity’s photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, hometown address, contents of the entry form and the name and age of such persons without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Contest.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The following are conditions to winning a Prize and additional terms and conditions binding on Entrants, Applicants and Members:

a. All federal, state, local tax liabilities and any applicable fees associated with accepting a Prize or participation in this Contest are the sole responsibility of the Winners and applicable Members. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, withhold from the amount of any Prize any and all federal, state, and local tax liabilities and any applicable fees associated with accepting a Prize or participation in this Contest.

b. If a Winner declines a Prize, or if an Entrant or Applicant has not complied with these Official Rules, such Entrant or Applicant shall be disqualified and another Entrant will be chosen for the Prize.

c. No transfer, substitution, division or splitting of the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) is allowed except in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

d. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission by Entrants, Applicants, Members (including Pledged New Members) and Winner to the Sponsor and its authorized agents to use such persons’ and entities’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, in perpetuity and in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, unless prohibited by law.

e. Decisions of Sponsor are final with respect to all matters related to the conduct of the Contest. An Entrant or Applicant may be disqualified from participating in this Contest and/or winning a Prize for cheating or other bad faith acts in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

f. By participating in this Contest, Entrants and Applicants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.

11. CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION: By entering the Contest, Entrant and Applicant affirm that they have read and agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant acting in violation of the Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Contest or the Website. The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and each Entrant and Applicant hereby submits to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in or having jurisdiction over St. Louis County, Missouri. As a condition of entering this Contest and receiving the Prize (or any portion of a Prize), each Entrant, Applicant and Member agrees that: (a) under no circumstances will any such person or entity be entitled or permitted to obtain awards for, and such person or entity expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than actual, out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and in no event shall attorney’s fees be recoverable by either party; and (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND12. 13. 14. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties (as defined herein) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Entry or Entries, errors in calculations, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest or these Official Rules in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and exclusive discretion, including without limitation, Acts of God, pandemic, epidemic, “shelter in place” and similar orders and other governmental actions. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor may decide to postpone deadlines herein, or terminate the Contest early. In the event the Contest is terminated early, the Winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received at the time of termination.

THIS CONTEST AND THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON- INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO YOU AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY; INDEMNITY: By participating, Entrants, Applicants and Members (and the parent or legal guardian thereof if any such person is under the age of 18 or is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram and each of their respective affiliated entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and companies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders and principals, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any claims made by any Entrant, Applicant, Member or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Contest, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest or any related activity, including the acceptance, possession, misuse or use or redemption of the Prize (or any portion of the Prize). Entrants, Applicants and Members (and the parent or legal guardian thereof if any such person is under the age of 18 or is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or acceptance, possession, misuse or use or redemption of the Prize.

14. MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants, Applicants and Members agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials and/or15. 16. privacy policy or terms of use on the website, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

15. WINNERS LIST OR OFFICIAL RULES: For an Official Winner List (available after July 24, 2026) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Petite Keep® Sisterhood Experience Contest” Contest, WINNER - or - OFFICIAL RULES (please specify), c/o Petite Keep LLC, Brand Department, 1093 N. Warson Road, St. Louis, MO 63132. All requests must be received within six (6) months after the end of the Contest Period.

16. PRIVACY/ PUBLICITY / USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

By participating in the Contest and/or receiving a Prize, each Entrant, Applicant and Member hereby consent to Sponsor’s or authorized agents’ collection, use, and disclosure of such persons’ or entities’ personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest and prize fulfillment in connection with the Contest. Each such person or entity acknowledges that such person or entity has read, understood and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which provides more information about Sponsor’s privacy practices and is located at https://petitekeep.com/policies/privacy-policy. The Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is in addition to those terms in these Official Rules concerning privacy, use of personal information, and publicity.

Entrants, Applicants and Members may be offered the optional opportunity to receive coupons, newsletters, informational materials, marketing communications, or other special promotions, or other offers from Sponsor and/or third party service providers.

By accepting a Prize, Winner agrees, on behalf of Winner and the Applicant and Members, to Sponsor's

use of such person’s or entity’s name(s), city/province(s) of residence, picture(s), biographical

information, statements, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity Sponsor and its respective successors, assigns and licensees may conduct relating to the Contest in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the Internet, at any time or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice, and hereby releases Released Parties from any liability with respect thereto. Winner may be required to sign a further release regarding the grant of these publicity rights, unless prohibited or restricted by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules.
